Return Policy

We want you to love your candles! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unburned, and in its original condition and packaging.Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on burned or used candles.

Once your return is received and inspected, a store credit will be issued for the eligible amount.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from your store credit.

If your order was damaged in transit or you received the wrong item, please contact us right away so we can make it right.
